  • Potatoes – 2 kg
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Butter – 120
  • Onions – 80 g
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Sheep’s Tail Fat – 200 g
  • Salt and Pepper – to taste

Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel, chop and mash the potatoes. Fry the onions and eggs in butter and mix in thoroughly with the mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper. When placing on the skewers, form the potatoes into small sausage-like shapes and put them on the hot mangal. Grill on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
